The “Dumpster Fire” By Mike Cicale, Town of Wellfleet
1 oz of your finest Fireball Whiskey (Buy the pint as I think its recyclable)
2 oz of Florida orange juice
1/2 oz of Massachusetts maple syrup
1 Maraschino cherry and a dash of the syrup
Stir and enjoy!
Recovery Tea By Rob Gogan
In a zero-waste tea infuser, combine 1/2 teaspoon of each of these herbs and place in nearly-boiled water. Makes a good fossil-fuel-free sun tea also! Be sure to compost spent herbs after brewing.
Peppermint: relaxing and helps digestion
Lemon balm: calms nerves
Chamomile: soothing and restful

Juice of 1 lime, titos vodka, sauvignon blanc, and ice! Drink 3 of them.
MassReCider Smoothie by Rob Gogan
(best in fall for local ingredients):
2 C Mass apple cider, e.g. Atkins Farm, Amherst MA
1 C “Planet Oat” oat milk of H. P. Hood & Sons, Lynnfield MA
1 local apple cored & cut into chunks
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons Mass honey
Enough ice to fill blender 3/4 full

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
2 fl oz Remy Martin 1738 Cognac
1/2 fl oz Honey Syrup (3 honey to 1 water)
1 fl oz Single Cream

5 oz Polar ginger ale, Worcester MA
Garnish with orange slice and dried Trader Joe’s Cape Cod sweetened cranberries
